  • Contact and account data: your name, email address, login details, and information you provide when you contact us. We store passwords as hashes rather than readable passwords. If you enable two-factor authentication, we process the authentication data needed to verify your sign-in.
  • Order and delivery data: billing and delivery details, products ordered, order status, payment references, and tracking information needed to process and fulfil an order.
  • Support correspondence: the messages and attachments you send to us, so that we can answer your question, handle a complaint, or support a return or warranty request.
